and State of PENNSYLV NIA being of sound mind and memory,do hereby make,
I publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby
revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me.
First.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon
as conveniently may be,after my decease.
Seoond.-r direot that all of my just debts and funeral expenses be
fully paid and satisfied.as soon after my deoease as oan oonviently
oan be.
Third.
I do give and bequeath to my beloved wife,Laurena M Hardy,
my entire estate,both Real and Personal,and wheresoevet looated,
for and during her natural life time,She to reoeive the rents and
inoome derived therefrom to use as she may wish and direot.She to
keep the property in good repair.Pay all taxes.Keep the property
insured.and settle any and all just olaims that may rightly be Her
duty to pay.
Fourth.
their rightful share,To-Wit;One Half Eaoh.
Her full share of the estate.Ralph shall pay to her suoh a sum as
the property.both Real and Personal.be sold.and that the money
so that eaoh one shall reoeiveshallequallydividetheestate.
I direot,that in the division of my estate,that our Dau~hte
Velma shall have the first ohoioe of the home in whioh we now live,
to be applyed to her share.In oase the value of said property shall
be worth more that her rightful share of the estate,that she shall
pay-to Ral~h suoh a-sum as shall equally divide the estate.
In oase that the value of the said Home shall be worth less than
reoeived from said sale.lesa costa and exoensea be divided equ
ally between them.
