I,LINNIE E.BARCROFT,of the city of Bradford,county of McKean
and state of Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,
do make and publish this my last will and testament.
IMPRIMIS:I direct all my just debts and funeral expenses to
be fully paid and satisfied by my Executor hereinafter named as soon as
conveniently may be after my decease.
ITEM:I give and bequeath unto my beloved daUghter,Miriam B.
Barcroft,the sum of ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00)to be paid to her
by my E-ecutor hereinafter named as follows:-Five thousand dollars,part
thereof,within one (1)year from the date of my death,and the balance
of five thousand dollars five (5)years from the date of my death,
provided,however,that my said executor may,if he shall deem it best,
pay the said last five thousand dollars sooner than the said five years.
I also give and bequeath unto my said daughter all my personal effects
including jewelry to be deli~ered to her by my executor as soon after my
death as conveniently can be.
ITEM:As touching all the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,real and personal,of whatsoever kind and nature the same may be
I give and devise the same unto my husband,H.G.Barcfoft,and to his
heirs and assigns forever.
And lastly I nominate,constitute and appoint my said husband,
H.G.Barcroft,to be the executor of this,my last will and testament,
and direct that he shall act as such without being required to give
security in any sum.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,Linnie E.Barcroft,the Testatrix,
have to this,my will,typewritten on one sheet of paper set my hand and
seal,this 7th day of April,A.D.1915.

H.G.Barcroft,being first duly sworn upon oath,deposes
and says:
1.That he is executor of the estate of Linnie E.Bar-
croft,deceased;
2.That among the assets of said estate are certain pro-
missory notes of Niagara Oil Corporation,which notes are secured
by a mortgage duly recorded in the Recorder of Deeds Office for
Washington County,Pennsylvania,at Mortgage Book Vol.228,page
478,which mortgage was modified and amended by instrument,
dated November 1,1932,and recorded as aforesaid on May 10,
1933,in Mortgage Book Vol.236,page 574;
3.That your deponent,as executor of the estate of
Linnie E.Barcroft,deceased,proposes to satisfy the above re-
cited mortgage,that the decedent is not indebted to any person
in this Commonwealth,and that the proposed entry of satisfaction
is not made for the purpose of removing any of the assets of said
decedent beyond the reach of
