ill and Testament:
I direct my Executor hereinafter named to cause to
be erected on the lot which is to contain the graves of myself
and my ife,a monument at a cost of five hundred dollars,
unless I shall have attended to this matter in my lifetime.
I give,devise and bequeath to the Mt.leasant
cemetery ssociation at estfield,Tioga County,Penn ylvania,
the sum of t~o hundred fifty dollars,in trust,to use the
income thereof for the care of our Family Lot in the Mt.
lea ant Cemetery in perpetuity.

real,per onal and mixed,of whatsoever kind and wheresoever
oituate,I give,devise and bequeath to my beloved wife,
Jennie Hunt,absolutely,and appoint her the sale Executrix
hereof.
In case she should die before I do,then I appoint
George •,eaver,of 'ashington,Pennsylvania,Executor of
this my {ill and direct that all my estate real,personal and
mixed,of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate,shall be
converted by him into cash as soon after my death as may be
convenient and advantageous to my estate;and for thi3 purpose
I authorize and empower the said George •eaver,to sell
both real and personal property,at public or private sale,
and to make a deed or deeds for any real property of which I
may die seized,tpe same as I might do if living;and I
direct that one-half of the fund so realized shall be paid to
the Tru~tees of the ethodist Episcppal Church of .est lex-
ander,~ashington County,Pennsylvania,and I give,devise
and bequeath the remaining one-half of the said fund to
