LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
of
IOlolA R.HUSTON
I,IONA R.HUSTON,of Monongahela City,Washington
I County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make,publish and declare this
my Last Will and Testament,her~by revoking and making void any
and all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST.I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid by my Executors hereinafter named as soon as
conveniently may be after my decease.
SECOND.All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,real,personal and mixed,of whatsoever kind and nature
and wheresoever the same may be situate at the ~ime of my death,
I give,devise and bequeath to my husband,John T.Huston,Sr.,
for and during the term of his natural life with the right to my
I said husband to sell and consume all or such part of my said
estate as he,in his sole and uncontrolled discretion,may deem
necessary for his proper mainte~ance and support.Upon the death
of my said husband,I give,devise and bequeath my said residuary
estate,or so much thereof as may not have been disposed of by my
said husband during his life time,to my two sor.s,John T.Huston,
Jr.and William E.Huston,in equal shares or portions,absolutely
their heirs and assigns forever.
THIRD.I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my
said sons,John T.Huston,Jr.and William E.Huston,or the
survivor of them,Executors and lrustees of this my Last Will and
Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and
