LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,CONCETTA GHILANI,of New Eagle Bouough,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,declare and publish this to be my Last
Will,hereby revoking any and all wills herettofore made by me.
I.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expen-
ses be fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be
after my death.
II.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
real and personal,I devise and bequeath to my sons,A.LEONARD
GHILANI,DANIEL J.GHILANI AND RAYMOND C.GHILANI,in equal shares.
III.I appoint my son,A.LEONARD GHILANI,Executor
of this my Last Will.Should my son,A.LEONARD GHlLANI,fail
to qualify or cease to act as my Executor,I appoint my son,
DANIEL J.GHILANI,Executor of this my Last Will.
