SECOND.To my son,Ira E.Bebout,I give and bequeath all the life stock,farming implements and tools,hay,grain and feed on my farms at the time of my decease. THIRD.To my beloved wife,Jennie L.Bebout,I give, devise and bequeath all the rest and residue of my estate,real, personal and mixed,of whatsoever the same may consist and where- soever located,to have and to hold for and during her natural lifetime and with the right to use and consume so much of my personal estate as may be necessary for her comfortable support and maintenance,she not to be required to give any bond. FOURTH.At the death of my said wife,I give and devise my home farm situate in Peters Township,Washington County,Penn- sylvania,containing 106 acres,more or less,to my son,Ira E. Bebout,and to my daughter,Blanche Dunlevy,I give and devise what is known as the Burton farm,situate in the same township and adjoining my home farm,containing 93 acres and 156 perches. nd it is my will and I hereby direct that all the rest of my estate then remaining shall be divided equally between my said son and daughter. FIFTH.As I have given an option upon what is known as the Freeport Vein of Coal underlying my said farms in Peters Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,it is my will and I hereby authorize my said Executor in the event that the coal is accepted under said option to make,execute and deliver to the purchaser or purchasers thereof a good and sufficient deed for said coal together with the mining rights contained in said option;should,however,the said coal not be accepted under the present option,it is my will and I hereby authorize and empower my said Executor to option and sell said coal of the Freeport Vein underlying said farms at such time and upon such terms and conditions as he may deem proper,and to make,execute and deliver to the purchaser or purchasers thereof good and suf- ficient deed or deeds for the same together with full and complete mining rights,with waivers of all surface damages whatsoever. • • AND LASTLY,I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my said son,Ira E.Bebout,Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
