being of sound mind and memory,do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will aCld Testament,in manner and form following,hereby
revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me.
First.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fu:ly paid and satisfied,as soon
as conveniently may be,after my decease.
Second.I give,devise and bequeath all my estate,real,personal
and mixed,of Whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate,of which I
may die seized and possessed to my beloved wife t Ellen Patsch Hixon,
absolutely.
I do hereby make,constitute and appoint ELLEN PATSCH HrxON
to be my executrix of this my Last Will and Testament
