I,David Hootman,of New Eagle,lashington Count ,Per~s rlvania,being
of sound mind,memory and understanding,do ~ake and publish this my last
will and testament in manner and form following.
First:-I direct my executor hereinafter named to pay all my just debts
and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may be done after ~y decease.
Second:-I give,devise and jequeath unto my sister,Elizabeth Harris,
of Linesville,Pennsylvania,all the rest,residue and remainder of m
estate,real,personal and mixed,and wheresoever the same nay be situated.
Third:-I hereby no inate,constitute and appoint my friend,George
E Young,to be the Executor of ~his my last will and testament.
In witness hereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 20th.,
day of September A.D.1941.
