Washington,Pa,Feb.3,1908.
I,Annie Evans,being of sound mind,but weak in body,wish
to make my last Will and Testament,and direct that my wishes be
carried out in accordance with same.
First,To my beloved Husband,John D.Evans,I bequeath all
of my right,title and interest in my lot on Sumner Avenue,Washing-
ton,Pa.,for which full particulars and boundaries may be obtained
from the Deed and from the record file.
Second,To my Daughter,Annie Louise,I bequeath all of my
personal property,household gOOds,etc.,except those which I will
herein bequeath otherwise.The same to be held in trust for her,by
my Husband until in his jUdgment she shall become able to enjoy the
same.
Third,To my Father,David MoKain,I bequeath my 32°Masonic
Emblem Pin,with my best wishes for the good of this order.
To my Mother,Katherine McKain,I bequeath my black
shaw,l,and my plain gold ring,which is now being worn by me.
Fourth,To my Brother,Geo.L.McKain and Lina,his Wife,I
bequeath my china meat platter,with pink roses,hand painted.
To my Sister ~ouise,now Mrs.W.T'Greed,and her
Husband,Will,I bequeath all of my wearing apparel,my bed roam
screen,picture of roses,water color,painted by herself;my gold
comb and hair pins.
To my Brother Jas.B.McKain and his wife Ruby,I
bequeath one half dozen china cups and saucers,hand painted,and
lastly I nominate,constitute mid appoint my Sister Louise to look
after the distribution of my several requests as herein written and
care with the provisions of this my last Will and !estament.
