LAS T W ILL AND TESTAMENT

I,BLANCHE W.GALENA,of the Borough of Allenport,Washing-
ton County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and memory,
do on this,the 21st day of May,1975,hereby make,pUblish and declare
the following to be my Last Will and Testament.
1.I hereby revoke any and all Wills,Testaments and
Codicils by me at any time heretofore made.
2.I nominate and appoint my daughter,SHIRLEY LEPORE,
and my son,HAROLD LIVINGSTONE,to be the Co-executors of this,my
Last Will and Testament,and I direct that they be permitted to serve
without bond.
3.In the event that either of my Executors aforenamed
lS unable to serve or unable to complete the duties of his appointment,
then I nominate and appoint whichever of them is able to be the Execu-
tor of this,My Last Will and Testament,and I direct that he be per-
mitted to serve without bond.
4.I direct that my Executors pay promptly,from out of
the proceeds of my estate,all of my just debts,including the expense
of my funeral and the costs of administration.
5.I give,devise and bequeath all of my property,whether
the same be real,personal or mixed,unto my Executors and I direct
that they sell the same for the best obtainable price,at either pri-
vate or public sale,and thereafter divide the proceeds equally among
my children hereafter named:

6.If any of my children aforenamed should have prede-

ceased me,or if we should meet our deaths in a cornmon disaster,or
if they or any of them should not survive me for a period of thirty
(30)days,then I give,devise and bequeath his or her or their share
unto his,her or their surviving children,if any.
7.If a minor should take under the terms of this Will,
then I nominate and appoint Mellon Bank N.A.to be the guardian of
their estate,with full power to invest and reinvest according to the
Prudent Man Rule and with full power to payout all of the income and
as much of the principal as might be necessary for the proper support,
maintenance and education of the said m1nor.The trust estate shall
not be assignable,shall be free from attachment by creditors and shall
be in the nature of what 1S known as a Spendthrift Trust.
