I,EDWAnD LEROY h~GHEY,or 460 North Main Street,Wash-
ington,Pennsylvenia,being of sound mind,rr_emory and understand-
ing,do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will
and Testament,revoking all ronner Wills by me heretofore made.
FIRST.I direct that all my just debts and funeral ex.
penses be paid as soon after my decease as convenient.
SECOND.It is my desire that my Executor engage the
Minister or the First Christian Church of ~ashington,Pennsylvania
to conduct my funeral services.
THIRD.I give,devise and bequeath all my estate of
whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate to my wife,Ella M.
3ughey,absolutely.
FOURTH.I nominate,constitute and appoint my wife,
311a M.Hughey,as Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament
end it is my wish that she retain Meyer Goldfarb,Esquire,of
Nashington,Pennsylvania,as counsel in the settlement or my es-
tate.
IN WITNESS WHEREO?,I have hereunto set my hand and

named EDWARD LEROY HUGHEY,as and for his Last Will and Testament,
in the presence of us who have hereunto subscribed our names at
his request as witnesses thereto in the presence of the said
Testator and of each other.
