I,~__~~~~~~~G~E~R~,widow,of South trabane Township,
Count y of Washing ton and Commonw ealth of Penns ylvania,do hereby make,
pThblish and declare this as and for my Last ~ill and Testament,hereby
revoking and making void any and all Wills by ms heretofore made.
I.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
paid.
II.I hereby direct my executrix,hereinafter named,to sell
and dispose of my real estate as soon after my death as reasonably
may be without unnecessarily sacrificing the same either as a whole or
in parcels,and,in order that my said executrix may proper ly carry
out this provision of my will,I do hereby give her full power to
sell the same without order or permission of Court,and I do hereby
authorize her to make and execute any and all contracts,deeds,or
other instruments in wri ting necessary to properly convey the same
in fee simple without requiring the purchaser to assume responsibility
for the application,misapplication or non-application of the proceeds
of such sale or sales.
III.I give,devise and bequeath my estate unto my four chil-
dren,(~rs.)~ary rn,(rrrs.)Annie Kervin,Pearl Barger and George
Barger in equal shares.In the event of the death of any of my
children without issue during my lifetime,the share of such child
shall be equally divided between my children living at the time of
my death.
IV.I hereby appoint (Nrs.)Annie Kervin executrix of this,
my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
