LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
WALTER A.GREENE
I,WALT ER A.GRE E NE,of the Borough of Canonsburg,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory
and understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last
Will and Testament,hereby revoking all testamentary writings heretofore made
by me.
FIRST:I direct that the expenses of my last illness and funeral
be paid out of my estate as soon as may be convenient after my death.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,real,
personal and mixed,of whatever nature and wheresoever situate,which I may
own or shall have the right to dispose of at the time of my death,I give,devise
and bequeath unto my wife,ANNIE E.GREENE,provided she shall survive
me.
THIRD:If my said wife,Annie E.Greene.shall have predeceased
me,then and in such event.I give,devise and bequeath the said rest,residue
and remainder of my estate,unto my two sons,PAUL J.GREENE,presently
resident at 432 Wilson Avenue.Washington.Washington County,Pennsylvania.
and ROBERT C.GREENE,presently resident at 280 Boiling Springs Drive,
Lexington,Fayette County,Kentucky,in equal shares.
FOURTH:I nominate,constitute and appoint my wife,ANNIE E.
GREENE,to be Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament,but if she shall
have predeceased me.or if,for any other reason,she shall fail or neglect to
qualify or cease to act as my Executrix,then and in such event,I appoint my
two sons,PAUL J.GREENE and ROBERT C.GREENE,or the survivor of them,
to be the Executors,or Executor,of this my Last Will and Testament.
