I,SARAH PATTERSON COWAN,of Canonsburg,Wash--,I '
ington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing--
mind,memory anf understanding,do hereby make and publish
this my last will and testament,hereby making void all former--'
wills by me at any time herotofore made.'
I will and devise to my brother,Robert Patterson,
of Canonsburg,pennsylvania,the house and lot in which we now
reside at No.~~~R~dge Avenue,Canonsburg,Pa.,and also the
lot to the rear of and adjoining the above mentioned lot,said
lot being forty by forty-six feet,and being part of the lot
formerly owned by Daniel Flaherty.
All the rest,residue and remained of my estate
of every kind and description,I give,devise and bequeath the
same to my daughter,Virginia Cowan Bailes.
I her~by constitute and appoint my niece Margaret
G.Patterson.executor of this my last will and testament.
