Jefferson and State of Ohio,being of sound and disposing mind
Probated:and memory,do make,publish and declare this rtry last will and
Jan.30,1923.
Testament,hereby revoking and making null and void all other last
Wills and Testament by me made heretofore.
FIRST-My Will is that all my just debts and funeral expenses;
shall be paid out of ~estate,as soon after my dece~e as shall
be found convenient.
SECOND-I give,devise and bequeath to Frank C.Hanlin my
house in Irondale not through partiality but because I think it
is right that he should have it.
All other properties belonging to me at the time of my death
to be equally divided between my three sons,Frank C.Hanlin,
Clyde V.Hanlin and Charles R.Hanlin.
I hereby appoint Clyde V.Ha.."1.lin to be administrator without
bailor bond.
