WILL OF EMMA J.COOPER

I,Emma J.Cooper,of the City of Washington,Wash-
ington County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make,pUblish and declare
the following to be my last Will and Testament,hereby revoking
any will or wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.I direct my executrix hereinafter named to pay
all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as convenient
after my decease.
2.I give,devise and bequeath to my daughter,
Lulu M.Wallace,my entire estate,of whatsoever kind and where-
soever situate.
3.I nominate,constitute and appoint my daughter,
Lulu M.wallace,to be Executrix of this my last Will and Testa-
mente
In Witness Whereof,I have hereunto set my hand
