LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
Ii WILLIAM BERRY,of West Alexander,County of
Washington and State of Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,
memory and understanding,do make and publish this my last
Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void all former
Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:-I direct my Executor,hereinafter named,
to p~y all debts and claims against my estate.
SECOND:-All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,real,personal and mixed,of which I may die seized,
and wherever located,I hereby give,devise and bequeath to
James Owen Ely in trust,to take,hold,sell and convey,with
full power and authority to sell any real estate at public or
private sale and for such sums and upon such terms as he may
deem proper,and make deeds to the purchasers for the same and
to invest and reinvest the same and the proceeds of said sales,
in such manner as he may deem proper and advantageous to my
estate,and to distribute my estate as follows:
1st.To my nephew,Tolbert S.Maxwell,my
gold watch and chain.
2nd.To my niece,.Lennie Yates Houston,of
Tokoma.Park,'Maryland,my lad'j....s gold watch.
3rd.To my niece,LovilIa Pogue,the picture,
"A Farm Scene."
4th.To Harry I.Houston,of Tokoma Park,
Maryland,my hall clock and tools.
THIRD:-The entire residue of my estate,real and
personal of every description,I give to Anna J.Craig of
West Alexander,Washington County,Pennsylvania.Should she

predecease me,I direct my Executor to pay the residue of my
estate to the Presbyterian Church of West Alexander,Pennsylvania.
LASTLY:.I do hereby make,constitute and appoint
James Owen Ely to be Executor,without bond,of this my last Will
and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,William Berry,the Testator
above named,have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my

one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three.
