I,FLAVIA E.GREENE,do make this,my Last Will and
Testament,hereby revoking in full any and all Wills heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I direct my Executor or Executrix hereinafter named to
pay my debts and funeral expenses.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my property,
whether real,personal or mixed,of whatsoever nature or description and
wheresoever situate.,I give I devise and bequeath unto my beloved husband,
LLOYD A.GREENE,SR.,to be his,absolutely I forever.
THIRD:In the event that my husband shall predecease me,or
shall not survive me in a common accident,or shall die within ninety (90)days
of my death,I give,devise and bequeath aU the rest,residue and remainder of
my property,whether real,personal or mixed,of whatsoever nature or descrip-
tion and wheresoever situate unto my children,LLOYD A.GREENE,JR.,
MARILYN MORTON,ROBERT W.GREENE and DONALD D.GREENE,in equal
shares,per stirpes.
FOURTH:In the event that any of my aforesaid children should
fail to survive me,I direct that their share be given to their surviving children,
my grandchildren.
IFTH:In the eVdn:c":",y of my es"'ate should pass to a minor,
I nominate,direct and appoint his or her parents to be the guardian and trustee
of said estate 0 In the event that they are unable to serve,I nominate,direct
and appoint my surviving children to be co-guardians or trustees of said estate.
In no event shall any representative be required to post bond in this or any
other jurisdiction0
