I,CORA L.CONLIN,of Monongahela,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and memory,do
make,publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament,hereby
revoking and making void any will by me at any time heretofore
made,in manner and form following:
FIRST:I order ahd direct my Executrix,hereinafter
nroned,to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses,as soon as
conveniently may be done after my decease.
SECOND:I will,give,devise and bequeath all the
rest,residue and remainder of my estate and property,rea~,personal
and mixed,of whatsoever nature and kind,and wheresoever situate,
unto my daughter,Florence J.Conlin,in fee simple and absolutely.
THIRD:I nominate,constitute and appoint Adele W.
Elwood as Executrix 0-is my Last Will and"Testament,and as
Guardian of the Estate of my daughter,Florence J.Conlin.
