I,SUSAN GOBERT,of the Borough of Charleroi,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do hereby make
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby
revoking and making null any and all Wills by me at any time heretof re
made.
FIRST:I direct that the payment out of my estate of th
expenses of my last illness and funeral as soon as may be convenient y
possible after the date of my death.
SECOND:I direct that all inheritance,succession and
estate taxes assessed because of my death,whether the property or
funds to which such taxes are attributable pass under this my Will
or not,be borne by the principal of my residuary estate and that my
Executor payor provide for the payment of such taxes at such time
or times and In such manner as he deems to be convenient.
THIRD:I give and bequeath unto my Trustee,BETTY A.
BUCHTA,and her successors,PHILIP GARROW and MICHAEL GARROW,the
rest and residue of my personal property and my real property locate
at 103 Lincoln Avneue and 103 Lincoln Avenue Rear,in the Borough of
Charleroi,Washington County,Pennsylvania,to be utilized for the
benefit of my beloved daughter,GAIL E.GOBERT,for and during the
full term of her natural life to be used for her maintenance and
residence as the Trustee deems appropriate to her circumstances and
after her decease to pay over,assign and convey the remainder of
the principal,whether personal property or real property to PHILIP
GARROW and MICHAEL GARROW in equal shares,share and share alike,pe
stirpes.
FOURTH:No money or property either real or personal
distributable from this Trust,while in the hands of the Executrix 0
Trustee,shall be subject to attachment,execution or sequestration
for any debt,contract,obligation or liability of any legatee or
beneficiary nor shall it be subject to pledge,assignment,conveyanc

or anticipation by any beneficiary or beneficiaries.
I nominate,constitute and appoint as the Execut lix
of this my Last Will and Testament and as the Trustee hereunder,
BETTY A.BUCHTA.In the event that BETTY A.BUCHTA predeceases me,
and is for any reason unable to serve as Executrix and Trustee,then
I appoint PHILIP GARROW and MICHAEL GARROW as alternate Executors
and alternate Trustees in her stead.The personal representatives
above named,or their substitutes or successors,shall not be
required to enter bond or security in any jurisdiction in which they
may act.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and sea
to this my Last Will and Testament,consisting of two (2)typewritt n
