LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT.
I,William Hasson,of California,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
being of sound mind,memory,and understanding,do make,publish,and
declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking all wills,
codicils,or testamentary instruments by me heretofore made.
1.To my Bon,Richard R.Hasson,his heirs and assigns,I give,devise,
and bequeath the following realty or interest thereinl
a.Located in Newell,Fayette County,Pennsylvania,and being
identified as the property occupied for a great number of years by a faoily
by the name of Garee and being the South one-half of Lot No.62,upon which
is erected a five room trame dwelling house;subject nevertheless to an
easement or priVilege hereby reserved or excepted and hereby granted to
Arthur S.Hasson,his heirs and assigns,to enter upon and take water from
the well located on the South one-half of said lot on condition he share
equitably in maintaining the same.
b.Located in the City of Monessen,estmoreland County,Pennsylvania,
and being identified as Lots Nos.123 and 124 and 103 tormerly a part ot
Rostraver Township and opposite the old Tube Mill office;also a certain
right at way and easements in Lots Nos.101 and 102 for ingress and egress,
sewers,gas,water,and electricity,reserved and granted in paragraph 2.b.
ot this instrument.

2.To my son,Arthur S.Hasson,his heirs and assigns,I giTe,devise,
and bequeath the following realty or interest thereina
a.Located in Newell,Fayette County,Pennsylvania,and being
identified as the North one-half of Lot No.62,upon which is erected a
tour room frame dwelling house;also the easement or privilege reserved and
granted in paragraph 1.a.of this instrument.
b.Located in the City of Monessen,estmoreland County,Pennsylvania,
and being identified as Lots Nos.101 and 102 formerly a part of Rostraver
Township and opposite the old Tube Mill office;subject neTertheless to
an easement or privilege hereby reserved or excepted and hereby granted to
Richard R.Hasson,his heirs and,assigns,to make ingress and egress,to
use,maintain,and construct in a simiiar fashion,walks,steps,sewers,
water,gas,and electric as they now exist on condition he shares equite.bly
the expense of the same.
I 3·I give,devise,and bequeath all my other realty or interest therein
I wherever_~8cated;also all my personalty,with the exception of casli in
hand or/'6aIik,to my two sons,Richard R.Hasson and Arthur S.Hasson,share
and share alike.
and
4.All cash in hand or!bank I direct to be distributed as follows:
a.In payment of expenses and claims in the order of priority given
by lay.
b.Any notes against me are to be paid in full or the amount thereot
to be deposited in a local bank in the name of the holder thereof upon the
surrender of the same.
c.'.lhe balance to my two sons,Richard R.Hasson and Arthur S.
Hasson,share and share alike.
S.I appoint my son,Richard R.Hasson,my sale executor.
