LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,WILMA E.GRUBBS,of North Strabane Township,County
of Washington and State of Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and
memory,do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last
Will and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby revoking
any will or wills heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon as conveniently
may be,after my decease.
SECOND AND LASTLY:All the rest,residue and remainder
of my estate real,personal and mixed,I give,devise and bequeath
to my son,DANIEL A.GRUBBS.
I do hereby make,constitute and appoint my son,DANIEL A.
GRUBBS,to be my Executor of this my Last Will and Testament,
to serve without bond in any jurisdiction.
I do hereby direct my said Executor to employ ANDREW W.
CUMMINS as the attorney to settle my estate,inasmuch as he has
represented my late husband and myself continuously over the past
thirty-one years and is in possession of all the information
regarding my personal affairs.
