I,Guiseppe Comfort,of Conton Townsnip.~oshicgtQn,Coqn~y,Penn.'a,
being of sound mind,memory and understanding,hereby make and publish
this my l~st will and testoment.her~by revoking any and all wills by
me"at any time heretofore made:
First:I direct that all my j~st debts and funeral expenses be
fully paid out of my estate.
Second:I give,devise and bequeath unto my wife,Rosa Comfort,
all my est8te,real,personal and mix,ed,to have and to hold durinc5 the
term of her n8tural life;with full power in the said Rosa Comfort
to sell and convey real estate and~onsume the proceeds thereof if
needed.And on the death of the said Rosa Comfort,I give,devise and
bequeath unto my son,Frank Comfort;all of my estate remaining uncon-
sumed by my said wife,including any real estate unsold by her in her

Third:I hereby constitute and appoint my wife's cousin,Dominick
Sacco,Guardian of my said son,Frank Comfort,during his minority.
