I,GEORGE W.BARNEY,of the City of Washington,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,do make and publish this my last Will
and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any
time heretofore made.
1.I direct my just debts and funeral expenses to be paid
out of my Estate.
2.I give and bequeath to Mrs.Treasure Parsons,Two
Thousand ($2000.00)Dollars,par value,preferred stock,of the
Citizens Water Company of w'ashington,Penna.
3.I give and e ueath to Russell Barney,the sum of One
Thousand (1000.00)Dollars out of my estate.
I 4.I give and bequeath to Jesse Dorsey,my West Penn Power
I stock of $2000.00 par value.
I 5.I give and bequeath to Mrs.Clara Hewitt the sum of

Two Thousand ($2000.00)Dollars in money out of my Estate.
II 6.I give and bequeath to Dewey and Oscar Barney,children
of my brother Jesse Barney Five Hundred ($500.00)Dollars each
out of my Estate.
7.I give and bequeath to the son of my brother,Walker
Barney,the sum of One Thousand ($1000.00)Dollars out of my
estate.

I out of my Estate.

10.I give and bequeath to Ray Barney and Bentley Barney
children of my brother Jesse Barney;Floyd Dorsey and Guy Dorsey
children of my sister Mrs.Ru en Dorsey,the sum of Five Hundred
(500.00)Dollars each out of my estate.
11.I give,devise and bequeath the residue of my Estate
to be divided equally among the individuals named in this my
last Will and Testament;The Allison Avenue Baptist Church to

receive no part of this residue.
I nominate,constitute and appoint Clyde McCullough
Executor of this my last Will and Testament.
