I,James Hodgson of the Borouel of New lagle,Washington
County ,Pennsylvania,being of s·)und mind,memory and understand-
ing,do make,publish snd declare this as and for my Last Will
and Testament,hereby revoking and making null and void any and
all Wills and Testaments or writine~in the nature thereof by me
at any time heretofore made.
I order and direct the payment of all my just debts and
funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may be after my death.
I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife,Lucin a Hodg-
oon,all of my household furniture,and any and all of my jewelry,
to have and to hold the same to her and her heirs and assigns for-
ever.
All of my property,real,personal.and mixed,of what
nature or kind Boever a~d wheresoever the same shall be at the
time of my death,remai~ing after payment of debts and making of
beque ts hereinabove provided.I 1Hill,devise and bequeath unto
my said wife,Lucinda Hodgson,to have and enjoy the use thereof
or the income therefrom for and during the period of her natural
life,and at her death:desire that my said property,real,per-
sonal,and mixed,shall be divide1 among my followinG named child-
ren:John J.Hodgson.C.H.Hodgson,ary E.Hodgson,Gladys I.
Hodgson and Lela L.Hodgson,share and share alike.and if any of
my above mentioned children should die prior to my death,or prior
to the deatb of my said wife,leaving issue.then such issue of
said deceased child or children shall inherit the share or i~terest
of said deceased parent.but if any of my above mentioned children
shall die prior to my death or prior to the death of my said wife,
leavin-no issue.then the share cf such deceased ch:ld or cLildren
shall be equally divided between ~y children living at the time of
the distribution of my Estate.
For the purpose of distributing my property among my

children.or their issue.as hereina~ove provided.I direct that
my Executor,hereinafter named,after my death and after the death
of my said wife,sell all of my real estate.a.nd for the purpose
of making said sale I do hereby confer upon my said Executor the
power to sell all of my s~id real estate for such price,upon such
terms,in such manner and for such interests as he may deem advis-
able and prudent,and to ~ake good needs therefore to the purchas-
ers thereof,in fee simple,without any obligation upon the pur-
chasers thereof to see tc or be res~onsible for the application of
the purchase money.
I do hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my son,John J.
Hodgson,sale Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
