LAST qILL AND TESTAMENT
I,Rebecca Catherine Crouse,also known as Kate Crouse,
of Scenery Hill,Nashington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound
mind,memory and understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare
this to be my last will and testament hereby revoking and making
void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.
First:I direct my executor hereinafter named to pay
all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as he can conveniently
do so after my decease.
Second:I direct my executor hereinafter named to
convert all my property,both real and personal,into cash,as soon
after my decease as he deems it advantageous to do so,hereby
authorizing and empowering him to sell the same either at public
or private sale or sales,and to make,execute and deliver such
deeds and instruments in writing as may be necessary to carry out
said conversion,and after paying such expenses as are incident
thereto,I direct that the entire balance be divided into four
parts or shares and distributed as follows:-
(a)To my nephew,Chas.A.[ikesell,of Scenery Hill,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,one share.
(b)To my niece,Catherine Kirkham,of N.S.Pittsburgh,
Allegheny County,Pennsylvania,one share.
(c)To my niece,Birdie Henry,of Washington,Pennsylvania,
one share.
(d)To my grand-nephew,Robert Braden;my grand-nieces,
Lola Braden and Eva Braden;all of Scenery Hill,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,one share,in equal proportions_
Third:I hereby appoint C.E.Wonsettler to be testamentary
guardian of the estates of tb.e above named Robert Braden,Lola Braden

and Eva Braden,until they become twenty-one years of age.
Fourth:I do make,constitute and appoint C.E.Wonsettler
to be executor of this my last will and testament.
