I.PRICE PATTERSON BEBOUT.of Monongahela City.ashing-
ton County.Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and
memory.do make,publish and declare this my Last ill and Testa-
ment,hereby revoking and making void any will by me at any time
heretofore made.in manner and form following:

FIRST:-I order and direct my Executrix,hereinafter
named.to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as
conveniently may be done after my decease.
SECOND:I urder and direct my xecutr~x,hereinafter
named,to purchase and have erected at my grave a one piece marker
to correspond to the marker at the grave of my deceased son,Frank
S.Bebout,with the inscription "PRICE PATTERSON BEBOUT",With date
of birth and death.
THIRD:I Will,give,devise and bequeath unto my
daughter,Ruth Patterson Bebout,all my estate and property,real,
personal and mixed,of whatsoever nature and kind,and wheresoever
situate.And it is my desire and request that should my said
daughter,Ruth Patterson Bebout,die without issue,that all moneys,
stocks or bonds which shall vest in my said daUghter by virtue of
this my Last ill and Testament,and shall be remaining unconsumed
at the time of her death,shall be given to the Home and Foreign .
Missionary ociety of The First Presbyterian Church of Monongahela
City,to be used only for the purpose of Home Missionary ork in
Monongahela City,Pennsylvania;and that any of my Silverware,china
and linens hich shall be remaining at such time shall be equally

divided between Virginia Yohe,~ary Alice Yohe and Isabella Yohe,
(children of my nephew,Carl J.Yohe),~ary Louise Patterson,
(daughter of my nephew,Clifford S.Patterson),and Hazel Alice
Chattaway,(daughter of my niece,Hazel Patterson Chattaway).

FOURTH:I nominate,constitute and appoint my said
daughter,uth Patterson Bebout,as Executrix of this my La~t ill
and Testament.
