I,JENNIE BICKERTON,---------------------------------------------- ofthe Borough of Twilight,------County of 'lestmoreland,-------------1 and State of Pennsylvania,------------do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any and all wills or testamentary writings heretofore made by me. First.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon as conveniently may be,after my decease. SECOND:-I give and devise to my son,Robert J.Bickerton,my daughter,Lucinda Bickerton and my granddaughter,Jennie Price,their heirs and assigns,forever,the the house and two lots known as lots Nos.Seven and Eight of the Sandy Heights Plan,in the Borough of Speer , {ashington County,Pennsylvania,being the same property which was conveyed to illiam Bickerton and Jennie Bickerton,his wife by i11i m Smock,et al.,by their deed dated Jan.20,1930 and recorded in Deed Book 572,Page 80,Recorder's Office of ashington County,Pa. THIRD:-I give and devise to my son,Robert J.ickerton and my daughter,Lucinda Bickerton,their heirs and assigns,forever,sUbject to the following conditions,"I direct that when the property herein- after described is sold,that Robert J.Bickerton,his heirs and assign and Lucinda Bickerton,her heirs and assigns,shall pay over to my -son/Harvey H.Bickerton,the sum of Two Hundred ($200.00)Dollars from the proceeds of the sale,and that Robert J.Bickerton,his heirs and assigns and Lucinda Bickerton,her heirs and assigns,shall pay over to my son,Edward M.Bickerton,the sum of Two Hundred ($200.00)Dollars," and the property above devised subject to the bequeaths mentioned is known as the He Farm property,consisting of twenvY four acres,more or less and having erected thereon a Frame Dwelling,Frame Barn and oth r small outbuildings and situate in the Borough of Twilight,~ashington County,Penna.
