being of sound and disposing mind and memory,do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my last will and testameLt,re-
voking any and all wills by m~at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct all my just debts and funeral ex~enses to
be fully paid and sEtisfied a3 soon as conveniently may be after
my decease.
SECOND:All the rest,~esidue and remainder of my estate,
