WILL OF J.B.CHARLTON
I,J.B.Charlton,being of sound and disposing
mind,memory and understanding,do make,publish and de-
clare this to be my last will and testament,hereby re-
voking any wills at any other time heretofore made by me.
FIRST.I direot my Executor,hereinafter named,
to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon
after my deoease as possible.
SECOND.I direct that my Exeoutor,hereinafter
named,sell all my real estate as soon after my decease
as in his judgment he deems best,and authorize said
Executor to execute am deliver a good and sufficient deed
or deeds for the same.
THIRD e I direct my Executor,hereinafter named,
to divide the 2100 shares of Gold stock which I own,in
kind and equally among my three children:Mary M.
Jackson,J.Howard Charlton and Alleen C.Alley.
FOURTH.I give,devise and bequeath unto my
three children,Mary M.Jackson,J.Howard Charlton and
Alleen C.Alley,all of my estate,equally,share and
share alike.The said stock to be divided without sale
and the real estate to be sold and the net proceeds to
be divided among them.
FIFTH.I make,constitute and appoint John
C.Judson to be the Exeoutor of this my last will and
testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my
hand and seal this -2t,!day of November,1937.

testament,in the presence of us,who,at his request and
