LAST .TILL AND TESTAMENT
I,MARY LOUISE GRIFFITH,of the Borough of Canonsburg,
\lashington County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make my Last Will and
Testament and revoke all wills and any codicils by me at any time
heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct the payment out of my estate of all my
just debts,funeral expenses,costs of administering my estate and
transfer inheritance taxes as soon as convenient after my decease.
SECOND:I direct that my personal effects,clothing,
household goods and furnishings and jewelry be disposed of by my
Executor hereinafter named and the proceeds shall form part of the
residue of my estate.
THIRD:I direct my Executor hereinafter named to sell
any and all real estate of which I may die seized,at public or
private sale and upon such terms as to him shall seem mete and for
the best interests of my estate.
FOURTH:I direct that my casket be enclosed in a cement
vault.
FIFTH:I direct that my dogs be turned over to Dr.James
Herron for disposition in accordance with my directions to him.
SIXTH:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate
I give,devise and bequeath to my sister,Stella Griffith Young.
If she should be deceased at the time of my death,I direct that the
residue of my estate be distributed to my niece,Thelma Grace Sheriff,
and my nephews,Alvin E.Young and Lt.Col.M.S.Rahiser,USMB,Ret.,
share and share alike.
SEVENTH:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint Adolph
L.Zeman,Esquire,as Executor of this,my Last Will and Testament.
In the event that the said Adolph L.Zeman,Esquire,shall be
deceased or for any reason unable or unwilling to act in such
capacity,I do hereby appoint Bernadine Zeman to act in his place
and stead.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and seal
this day of May,1971.
