of sound mind,memory and understanding,do hereby make,pUblish
and declare this my ~ast Will and Testament,in manner and form
following:
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts,funeral
expenses and expenses incident to the administration of my estate
be paid as soon after my ~ecease as may conveniently be done,out
of the first monies available for that purpose.
SECOND:All of the rest,residue and remainder of
my estate,real,personal and mixed,wheresoever situate,of
which I may die seized or possessed,or to whioh I may be entitled

Celina Hagerty,co-executrix,and respectfully request th~t
Letters Testamentary issue to the said Celina Hagerty as Execu-
trix.
