EDITH GRIFFITHS
I,EDITH GRIFFITHS,of the Borough of Elizabeth,County of Allegheny and
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory do make,publish and
declare this my Las-Will and Testament,hereby revoking and declaring null and void any
and all Wills and Codici Is by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct my Executor to pay all my just debts,the expenses of my last
illness and my funeral expenses.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath the sum of One Hundred ($100.00)
Dollars to the Elizabeth Methodist Church to be used by them for their Music Committee.
THIRD:I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,real,personal and mixed property,to the following named persons,in equal shares:
