LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT-f..
I,A1~A E.CRAIG of West ~~exander,in the County of
Washington and State of ~ennsylvania)being of sound mind and
memory,do hereby revoke any and all former Wills or Codicils by
me made,and do make,ordain,publish and declare this my last
Will and Testament.
-FIRST.I direct that my executor,hereinafter
named,pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after
my decease as conveniently may be.
SECOND.After the payment of such debts and
funeral expenses,I give,devise an~bequeath to (ASHINGTON UNION
TRUST COMPANY of Washington,Pennsylvania,in trust;my entire
estate,to take,hold,invest and re-invest,and pay the same as
follows,to-wit:
1.To pay to my cousin Sarah .P.Babcock the
sum of THREE HUNDRED FIFTY ($350.00)DOLLAi~,also I give and be-
queath to her all such necessary articles of furniture as may be
necessary for the comfortable furnishing of a room.
2.~s under the Will of my sister,Jennie E.
Berry provision-is made for the payment to me of one-half (1/2)
of the income of her estate and such a part of the corpus of her
estate as her executor considers necessary for my proper personal
maintenance and support,I direct the executor of my estate to pay
to the Jennie .E.Berry Estate,the amount pf money tha~has been
pa id to'me from the corpus of her~state up to the time of my
death.
3.All the rest,residue and remainder of my
property,real,personal and mixed,I hereby give,devise and be-
queath to my two (2)sons,Herbert M.Craig and gilliam P.Craig,
in equal shares,except articles mentioned in attached memorandum
4.I nominate and appoint ffashington Union
Trust Company of Washington,Pennsylvania,to be the executor of
this my last Will and Testament.
