Penns lvania bein of sound mind,mory and un erstanding,do make and publish
this my last Will and Testament,hereb revoking and mald.ng void all former
Wi s b me at an ime heretofore made.
First - I appoint Frances Emma Baird Sawhill to follow out the following
provisions of under the Laws of Penns lvania as administered by the Orphans
Court.
S cond - I desire that my Executrix shall have power to sell all real
Estate of which I maY'die possessed -providing it meets with the wishes of
the other daughters not to be sacrif cid by sale
Third.I desire that all just debts and the proper medical and other
I expenses be paid.
Fourth.I desire that the sum of Three dol arB(3.00)be paid ear y !£
each Home &Foreign Missionary Societies of the 1st Presbyterian Church of
Washington Penns Ivania for the term of.five (5)years.The sum.of $50.00 to
be paid to the 1st Baptist church of ashington Pa.5thI desire that the
remainder of ~Estate of all torm whatsoever be divided into equal parts for
children after the sum of $500.00 (Five hundred dol are)be set aside tor
Grandchildren,namely Horatio Hami ton Mi.ler -and Sue Baird Miller,-
In case of the death of either ~during minority the sum shall be divided
between my daughters.
Sixth.I desire that my personal belongings Furniture,Books Pictures
Silver china &clothing be divided as children see fit after the following
bequests to ne hews &.nieces To Hugh.W.Herbert L &Fred Wilson,Blythe &
Nancy -also to Emma WSpeer,some of books or piotUres or china or Brie a.
Brae.I leave the division to my Executrix.
Seventh.The following division I make myself I bequeath to Horatio
Hamilton Miller,the book case in Parlor fonnerly owned b Grand Mother Bar ow,
also such books as he rna;choose or find marked with his name -
To Sue Baird Miller,I give the mahogany Work stand,of my Mother's,and
books of her chosing or those marked with her name The table in sitting room
made by her Great Grandfather John Wi son,I leave to Jane Baird Miller.e
bookcase made b same is for Frances Baird Sawhill.The round center mahog
table belonging to G.Yother arlo.r wi 1 be for Anica Baird.To Anica Baird also
belongs the furniture in W.bed room of house of 122 E Maiden St,Bedstead,
ardrobe small bureau belonging to her Father,also walnut desk &an old
