WILL OF C.N.CUNNINGHAM,SR.
I,C.N.Cunningham,Sr.of the Borough of Mc-
Donald,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and
disposing mind,memory and understanding do make,publish
and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby re-
voking any wills heretofore made by me.
FIRST.I order and direct my Executors herein-
after named to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as
soon after my deoease as possible.
SECOND.All the rest and residue of my estate of
whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate,I give,devise and
bequeath unto my wife,Anna Cunningham,for and during the
term of her natural life,with the right to oonsume s~eh part
or all of the said estate as may be neoessary for her proper
maintenance and support~with remainder,if any,over,to be
divided as tollows:./
1.The business now oonducted by me in Burgettstown,
Pe.nnsylvania,or anyWhere else,I give,devise and bequeath
unto Coll.~Cunningham and Ella Cunningham,equally,and I
direct that they pay unto my son,'Charles N.Cunningham,Jr.,
One-fifth (1/5)of the net profit of ~he.b~sine8s,so long as
he remains aotively connected'therewith,_d"
2.All the rest and residue of the remainder of
my estate,after the death of my wife,I give,devise and
bequeath unto my daughters,;E1:la Cunningham and Florenoe Jean
Cunningham,equally,share and share alike,and I desire that
my said daughters,Ella Cunningham and Florenoe Jean Cunningh~m,

remains.unmarried •.
THIRD~.I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint
my son,ColiD Cunningham,and my daughter,Ella Cunningham,
to be Executors of this my Last Will and Testament.
