end declare this to be my last ill and Testament,in manner and form

First:-I direct that at my death all my just debts shall be paid,and
a marker,just like the ones to the other graves on our lot,nlaced at
my sister,Taney Jane Bell's grave and my own.
econd:-I direct that the income of hatever remains of my estate
shall be given to my brother,John tilton Bell of Roneys Point .•Va.
durin his lifetime,and at his death shall be divided equally among
his children,or their heirs,share and share alike.
Third:-I direct that T.S.·~xwell shall he apnointe.Fxec tor of this
ill and that he be allowed to serve without oiving bnnd.
