I,GEORGE E.GREAVES,of the Borough of New Eagle,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,make and publish this my Last ~ill
and Testament,hereby revoking and making void all former 'ills by
me at anytime made.
FIRST:I direct that my Executor hereinafter named,shall,
as soon as conveniently may be done,pay all my just debts,funeral
expenses and expenses of the settleI!lent of my estate,including a
suitable marker for my grave.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all of my estate,real,
personal and mixed unto my son,Eugene L.Greaves,upon the condi-
tion and provided however,that my daughter,Virginia Brewer,shalll
have the right and privilege of occupying,as her residence,the
two room apartment above the garage upon my real estate,as long as
she remains unmarried.
THIRD :I here y constitute,nominate and appoint my son,
Eugene L.Greaves as Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
I 1 ITNESS ,EREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and
