make and add this Codicil thereto,viz:
I give,devise and bequeath to my daughter,Paulene Phillips,
my Garage Property with its equipment,situate in the Village of
Hickory,in Mount Pleasant Township,Washington County,Pennsyl-
vania,at a valuation of $4500.00,which sum of $45DO.00 she is to
pay to my estate to be distribut4d according to said will;but,
if this condition as to the payment of said sum,be not complied
with,then,in that event,the title to said Garage Property and
equipment shall vest according to the provisions of said will the
