I,Rosie Hauser,of Monongahela,Washington County,
Penns Ivania,being of sound mind and memory,do make,publish
and declare this my last will and testament,hereby revoking any
and all wills by me heretofore made.
Item I.I hereby direct that all my just detts
and fWleral expenses be paid as soon after my decease as may be
found convenient.
Item II.I give,devise and bequeath unto my beloved
daughter,Mrs.Katie Markle~of West Newton,Pennsylvania,the
sum of One Hundred ($100.00)Qollars for having taken care of her
father.
Item III.All the rest,residue and remainder of
my estate,real,personal and mixed,of whatever nature and where-
soever situate,which I may own or have the right to dispose of
at the time of my decease,I give,devise and bequeath llltc my
following children:my daughter,Mrs.Katie Markle,my da~ghter
Mrs.Susan Finley,my daughter,Mrs.Jennie Wickerham,my son
Albert Hauser,my daughter Mrs.Caroline Behanna,and my daughter
Mrs.Albina Smith,to be divided equally among them,share and
share alike.
Item IV.I hereby request that I be buried from
the Roman Catholic Transfiguration Church of Monongahela,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,and also request that I be buried
in the Bautz Lot in the Monongahela Cemetery.
Item V.I hereby nominate and appoint Raymond Bautz,
of Monongahela,Washington County,Pennsylvania,as the ExEcutor
of this my last will and testament,and I do direct that no bond
shall be required of said executor.
