LAST 'fILL AND TESTAMENT OF WALTER A.COOK.
I,Halter A.Cook,of the City of '~rashington,Pennsylvania,being of sotLl'ld
mind and memory,do make and publish this as my last Will and Testament,
revoking all other fills heretofore nade by me.
First,I direct that my funeral be very modest and in keeping with my
station mn life.
Second,I direct that all of my bills be paid by my Executors as soon
after my death as possible,the renainder to be disposed of as follows:
Third,the remainder of my estate,real and personal,I give and bequeath
to my beloved wife,Mrs Cath~n Anderson Cook,to do with as she sees fit,
to be hers absolutely and forever •.
Note:-Aside from life insurance,which is payable direct to my wife,the
bulk of my estate at this ~iting consists of 49 of the 50 outstanding
shares of the Capital Stock of the Washington Credit Bureau Inc.As a
guide to my Executors,hereinafter named,to arive at a value of this
stock,I.refer them to the Pennsylvania Capital Stock Tax Return,for the
year preceding my decease.
I direct that said stock be disposed of as soon after my decease as
possible,the proceeds to be put into my general estate and disposed of as
above provided.
In disposing of above mentioned stock of the Washington Credit Bureau Inc.,
I suggest that my good friend Raymond C.Provost Sr.,be given first
opportunity to b~at a price suitable to my wife and my Executors.
I appoint as my Executors,the Citizens National Bank of ashington,and
my wife,Cathryn Anderson Cook.
