LAS T WILL .AN D TEST AMENT

HOWARD H.CORNELL
I,Howard H.Cornell,a resident of Fredericktovvn,Coun y
of Washington,State of Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and
memory,do make,publish,and declare this my last will and
testament,hereby revoking any and all wills by me heretofore
made.
ITEM NO.I.I direct that all my just debts and funera
expenses be paid as soon after my decease as may be found con-
venient.
ITEM NO.2.I hereby direct that the amount due my son
in-law,Jack Powers of Fredericktown,Washington County,Pennsy -
vania,at the time of my decease,be paid as soon after my de-
cease as may be possible.
ITEM NO •..3.I give,devi se and bequeath all of my
property,real,personal or mixed,of Whatever nature and where
soever situate,which I may own or have the right to dispose of
at the time of my death to my beloved Wife,~~-./
to ba ye and to hold the same to her own use,absolutely and
forever.
ITEM NO.4.~I hereby nominate and appoint Rebecca
Powers,my daughter',of Fredericktown,Washington County,State
aforesaid,as the executrix of t his my last will and testament.
My said executrix shall have full power at her discretion to do
any and all things necessary for the complete administration Of
my estate,inc~luding the power to sell at public .or private sale
and without order of Court,any real or personal property belong
ing to my estate and to compound,compromise or otherwis e to
settle or adjust any and all claims,charges,debts and demands
whatsoever against or in favor of my estate as fully as I could
do if living.
