I,B.A.HUFFMAN,of Somerset Township,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do
make and publish this my last Will and Testament,hereby revoking
and making void all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST.I direct my Executor,hereinafter named,to pay all
my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may be
i after my decease.
SECOND.I give}devise and bequeath the one-third of my
estate,real and personal,to my wife,Lulu HuSfman,her heirs and
assigns,and the balance of my estate,being the two-thirds thereof,
I give,devise and bequeath to my son,William Kenneth Huffman,his
heirs and assigns.I consider that my daughters have already
received their full share of my estate.
LASTLY,I do hereby make,constitute and appoint Judson S.
McIlvaine to be Executor of this my last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,B.A.Huffman,the testator above
named,have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal this
lOth day of April,A.D.1939.
