FIRST:I hereby revoke ITEM 2 of my said Will dated February 11,1971,and in lieu thereof I hereby substitute the following: ITEM 2:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,of whatever kind and wherever situate,I give, devise and bequeath unto my sisters,Gertrude Grable,Irene Grable and Virginia Grable,as joint tenants with right of survivorship and not as tenants in common. (a)In the event that my sisters shall predecease me,then I give,devise and bequeath the residue of my estate in equal shares unto my brothers,Sherman Grable and John W.Grable. (b)In the event that none of my above named sisters and brothers shall be living at the time of m death,then I give,devise and bequeath the residue of my estate unto Mellon National Bank and Trust Company,IN TRUST,for the benefit of my brother,Eugene Grable;my said Trustee to invest and reinvest the proceeds of said trust and to use the income as well as so much of the principal thereof as in the judgment of said Trustee shall be necessary and proper for the support, maintenance,comfort and welfare of my said brother,Eugene Grabl , and at the death of my said brother,to provide for his proper burial and for the erection of a marker at his grave and whatever balance remains in said trust I direct shall be distributed in equal shares among my nieces and nephews.Should any of my niece or nephews die before me,the share of such deceased niece or nephew shall be distributed in equal shares unto her or his surviving children.
