That he is the duly appointed,qualified ~nd
acting Executor of the Last Will and Testament of Winnifred
G.Hicks,deceased,which Estate is now pending in the
County Court of the City and County of Denver,State of
Colorado.
That the said Winnifred G.Hicks,also known as
Winifred G.Hicks,was not indebted to anyone in the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,and that the withdrawal
of the amount of the check representing the Tenth and
Final Advance Payment on an account in the Washington
Trust Company,Washington,Pennsylvania,assigned to
Winifred G.Hicks,and the withdrawal of the amount of
the checks representing the Tenth and Eleventh Advance
Payments,or any subsequent payments,on two accounts in
the First Bank &Trust Company,Washington,Pennsylvania,
assigned to Winifred G.Hicks,would not be made for the
purpose of removing her money beyond the reach of any
creditor or creditors of Winnifred G.Hicks,also known
