LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
of
MATTHEW GRACHEN.SR.
I,Matthew Grachen,Sr.,widower,of the Borough of
Bentleyville,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound
and disposing mind and memory.do hereby make,publish and
declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking
any wills or codicils by me at any time heretofore made.
First.I direct my Executrix,hereinafter named,
to pay all of my just debts,funeral,burial and administrative
expenses as soon as may be convenient after my death.
Second.I give and devise unto my son,Matthew
Grachen,Jr.,of Denver,Colorado,the sum of One ($1.00)Dollar.
Third.I give and devise unto my son,George
Grachen,of Bentleyville,Pennsylvania,the sum of One (1.00)
Dollar.
Fourth.I give and devise unto my daughter,
Mary Burcin,of Ellsworth,Pennsylvania,the sum of One (1.00)
Dollar.
Fifth.All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,which I may own or have the right to dispose of at my
death,whether real or personal,I give,devise and bequeath
unto my daughter,Helen (Grachen)Kadash or if she should not
survive me,to my granddaughter,Barbara (Guyach)Visniski,
per stirpes.
Sixth.I appoint my daughter,Helen (Grachen)
Kadash,Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.In case
of her inability or unwillingness to act or to continue as my
Executrix,I appoint my granddaughter,Barbara (Guyach)Visniski,
Executrix.I give to my said Executrix in addition to the
authority conferred by law,the power to sell any or all of my
property,real or personal,at public or private sale,at such
time and for such price and upon such terms and conditions as
she see fit,or in her discretion to retain the same for
distribution in kind,and the power,but not the duty,to invest
any cash without being limited to "legal"investments.No bond
shall be required of any fiduciary hereunder in any jurisdiction.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand nad

respectively,whose names are signed to the attached or fore-
goin instrument,being first duly sworn,do hereby declare to
the undersigned authority,that the Testator signed and
executed the instrument willingly and that he executed it as
his free and voluntary act for the purposes therein expressed,
and that each of the Witnesses,in the presence and hearing of
the Testator signed the Will as witnesses and that to the best
of their knowledge,the Testator was at that time eighteen (18)
years of age or older,of sound mind and under no constraint
or undue influence.
