LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,Glorietta C.Hawkins,of Millshor~,County of
Wa~hington,and State of Pennsylvania,being of SOU9d mind and
memory,do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last
Will and festament,in manner and form following,n~reby revokin~
any Will or Wills heretofore made by me..,
First:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon as conveniently may
be,after my decease.
Second:To my husband,Wilbur J.Hawkins,Sr.,I
give,bequeath and devise all the remainder and residue of my
estate,both real and personal,except the house,lot and garage
in Millsboro,Washington County,Pennsylvania,where I now live;
this house,lot and garage and the rents and profits therefrom I
give,bequeath and devise to my husband,Wilbur J.Hawkins,Sr.,
during his lifetime and upon the death of my husband,Wilbur J.
Hawkins,Sr.,I give,bequeath and devise this house,lot and
garage absolutely to my son,Wilbur J.Hawkins,Jr.My husband
shall,however,have the power to rent,lease or sell this property
at any time.In the event my husband sells this property,the
proceeds of the sale shall be.maintained,protected and paid to
my son,Wilbur J.Hawkins,Jr.,at the death of my husband,but
my husband shall be entitled to the interest and profits from the
proceeds of this sale during his lifetime.
Third:In the event that my husband,Wilbur J.
Hawkins,Sr.,should predecease me,I give,bequeath and devise the
residue and remainder of my estate to my son,Wilbur'J.HaWkins,
Jr.
I do hereby make,constitute and appoint my husband,
Wilbur J.Hawkins,Sr.,to be my executor of this my Last Will and
Testament.No bond shall be required of my executor.
