execution of said Will-saw the testatQ.r.sign the same-heard h·publish it as and for

BE IT REMEMBERED that I,ANTONIO GRECO,of Donora,Washington
Camty,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do
hereby make,publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking and making null and void any and all wills and testaments,or
writings in the nature thereof,by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon as
conveniently may be after my decease.
SECOND:I give and bequeath the automobiles that I may own at the time of my
death,to my beloved son,Anthony Greco.
THIR D:I give and devise my house and lot known as 210 Third Street,Donora,
Pennsylvania,to my beloved son,Anthony Greco,for his better .support and
maintenance and as a place of residence for as long as he wishes to reside therein
and when he no longer wishes to reside in said house,said lot and house is to be
sold and the proceeds thereof distributed as follows:$1,000.00 to my beloved
daughter,Josephine Arguello;$1,000.00 to my beloved son,Ralph Greco;
$1,000.00 to my beloved daughter,Shirley Watroba;$1,000.00 to my beloved
daughter,Dorothy Rudinec;$1,000.00 to my beloved daughter,Judith Mitchell;
$1,000.00 to my beloved daughter,Anita Lilly;and the remainder of the proceeds
to my beloved son,Anthony Greco.All costs and charges incident to the upkeep
and maintenance of the house during the time that Anthony Greco occupies such
slRll be paid for by him,which shall include taxes,water rents,utilities,sewage,
repairs and insurance.
FOURTH:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,whether real,person-
al or mixed and wheresoever the same may be situated at the time of my death,
I give,devise and bequeath equally,share and share alike,unto my beloved
children,Josephine Arguello,Ralph Greco,Shirley Watroba,Dorothy Rudinec,
Judith Mitchell,Anthony Greco,and Anita Lilly,their heirs and assigns forever.

FIFTH:I hereby nominate and appoint my beloved son,Anthony Greco,as the
Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal to
this Last Will and Te sta..1TIent,contained in two (2)typewritten sheets of paper,
and upon the foregoing of which I have also written my name at Donora,

The foregoing instrument,consisting of two (2)pages,was on this
day of June,1978,subscribed on the foregoing page and at the end thereof by
Antonio Greco,the above named testator,and by him signed,sealed,published
and declared to be his Last Will and Testament,in the presence of us and each
of us,who thereupon at his request,in his presence,and in the presence of
each other,have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.
