ington County,Pe~na.,do make and pUblish this my last Will
Ii and Testament hereby revoking all former wills by me at any
time heretofore made.
I direct my just debts and funeral expenses to be paid1.
IIlout of my Estate.
II 2.I give,devise and bequeath to my son,Elmer L.

Hathaway the one-fourth (t)interest in my real estate and the
sum of Five Hundred ($500.00)Dollars.
II 3.I give,devise and bequeath all the rest of my property
