LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,FRANCES GILBERT,of the City of Washington,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and disposing
memory,declare this to be my Last Will and Testament and revoke any
Will heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts,funeral
expenses and grave marker be paid as soon as may be convenient after my
decease.
SECOND:My husband,Robert T.Gilbert,having
predeceased me,I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,residue and
remainder of my property,real,personal or mixed,of whatsoever nature
and wheresoever situate,to the Washington Hospital of Washington,
Pennsylvania,to be used solely and exclusively for Operating Room
equipment.
THIRD:I nominate,constitute and appoint Thomas
J.Terputac,Esq.,as Executor and attorney for my estate,to serve
without bond.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my
